My Story

In 2012 I retired from the US Army.  After 39 months of deployment, you can guess my transition to civilian life wasn't smooth.  After a 4 year struggle, I found my peace in the creative process of Fashion .

I bought a sewing and began to sew on a TV tray.  The first thing I made was a purse.  It wasn't very good, upside down and the flap wouldn't stay shut. But it was a beginning.

I've since learned I don't have to be a Veteran with a mental disorder, I can choose my own labels.  Now, through the language of fashion, I create designer women's clothing.

My goal is to inspire, to show others that they too are More Than a Label.  If this old biker can do it, so can you.

Afterall, I only make the wrapping, the gift is inside.
