F/W 2020 Look #11
Late December, downtown.
The snow littered with brown as it was swept from the streets.
She dances gracefully around the pools of water left by the afternoon sun.
My curiosity gets the better of me.
I follow her. Into a café. A cup of coffee among the layered patrons attempting to stem off the cold.
She, wrapped in elegant fur, hangs it over the back of the chair.
A laptop out, a quick text. Revealed in the stark light of longer nights astounds.
Poly cotton stretch white pants, expertly matched with an open shoulder poly-silk floral top.
Is this winter?
I’ve seen it, a flower blooming in the fading light of the day. A warm sensation in the chill of an icy grip.
